It's been a good time to review and appraise Massage, Stretching and other forms of body relaxation in a scientific manner.
We all know Massage should do "somethings" good to our bodies; just that we don't know what the "somethings" are and why the "somethings" are there. If we don't know what's it and why it's there exactly, we will probably never know how to make it there consistently, too.
Then the good time starts here.
My trainings in physiotherapy and clinical sciences have granted me the knowledges in making the right clinical judgment with solid back-up. I've been reviewing all the Massage, Stretching and other forms of body relaxation in a clinical way of thinking, and it's fun to see how much those techniques could help people in what ways.
We will put up out review in the "Literature Review" section from time to time.
