Typhoon, Bad Weather... Pain and Soreness?

People would wonder why soreness and pain almost always come with bad weather.  There's a scientific reason behind your soreness and pain indeed.

If you know some basics of geography, you should know the atmospheric pressure would go down pretty much; on the other hand, the tissue fluid and fluid in your joint remain the same pressure.  That would lead to a positive pressure gradient from inside you muscle and joint, to the atmosphere.  You could imagine the exact feeling of body fluid swelling outside the body.

Proper Massage Therapy can reduce the volume and enhance the flow of body fluid, reducing such pain before getting worse in bad weather.  Therefore, try to be nice to your muscle and joint before bad weather next time.
